In-Store Credit Voucher Promotion – Terms & Conditions

1. Promotional Period

1.1 This promotion is valid from Monday 22 December 2025 through to and including Thursday 1 January 2026 (“Promotional Period”).

2. Promotional Offer

2.1 Customers who purchase eligible appliances during the Promotional Period will receive an in-store credit voucher based on the purchase value of each individual eligible product.

3. Voucher Values

3.1 In-store credit voucher values (inclusive of GST) are as follows:

• Spend $300 – $500 = $30 voucher
• Spend $501 – $700 = $50 voucher
• Spend $701 – $900 = $70 voucher
• Spend $901 – $1,100 = $100 voucher
• Spend $1,101 – $1,500 = $120 voucher
• Spend $1,501 – $2,000 = $160 voucher
• Spend $2,001 – $2,500 = $210 voucher
• Spend $2,501 or more = $300 voucher

4. Eligibility Criteria

• Voucher amounts are calculated based on the total value of eligible appliances listed on a single invoice. Items such as product care plans, service-related charges, delivery fees, parts, labour, or any other non-appliance fees are excluded from the calculation.
• Vouchers will be issued only after full payment for the eligible invoice has been received. Payment must be completed within the Promotional Period to qualify.
• This promotion is open to retail customers only.
• Trade accounts, wholesale customers, and commercial buyers are excluded unless otherwise specified.
• Purchases made or paid for outside the Promotional Period are not eligible.
• Only one voucher will be issued per eligible invoice. Multiple invoices cannot be combined, and all eligible appliances must appear on the same invoice.

5. Voucher Issuance and Redemption

• Vouchers will be emailed to the customer within 28 business days following successful completion of the online redemption process.
• Redemptions must be submitted online at: www.brisbanewhitegoods.com.au/pages/promotions
• Vouchers may only be redeemed in-store and cannot be redeemed online.
• Vouchers are redeemable only toward future appliance purchases and are not valid for spare parts or service-related charges.
• Vouchers cannot be used in the same transaction in which they are earned.
• Vouchers are non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.
• Vouchers may only be redeemed in a single transaction.
• Vouchers must be redeemed prior to their expiry date, which is 12 months from the date of issue.

6. Returns and Exchanges

• If an eligible product is returned for a refund, the associated voucher will be voided.
• If the voucher has already been redeemed, the redeemed value will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Exchanges for products of equal or greater value will not affect voucher eligibility.
• Exchanges for a lower-priced item may result in a reduced voucher value.

7. General Conditions

• The company reserves the right to modify, extend or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In cases of suspected fraud, misuse or breach of these Terms & Conditions, the company may cancel issued vouchers or refuse redemption.
• Participation in the promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
• Redemption submissions must be sent to us by no later than Sunday 11th January 2026. Any submissions for redemption after this date will not be accepted.
